Shipping policy

At Velcari, we want your shopping experience to be clear and predictable. Please read below for everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

1. General Shipping Information

Velcari currently ships to addresses within the United States. Shipping costs and delivery times are listed below and apply to all US destinations.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer, and we will notify you of any significant delays.

3. Shipping Rates and Methods

  • Standard Shipping — Flat rate of $6.99. Estimated transit time of 6–10 business days after processing.
  • Priority Shipping — Flat rate of $9.99. Estimated transit time of 5–8 business days after processing. Orders placed before the 6:00 PM ET cutoff begin processing the same business day.
  • Free Shipping —  Shipping is free on all orders over $100.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Total delivery time is processing time plus transit time:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Standard Shipping total: 7–13 business days
  • Priority Shipping total: 6–11 business days
  • Order Cutoff Time: 6:00 PM  (UTC-4)

Carriers used include USPS, UPS, and other major US carriers, depending on destination and order size. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your package at every stage.

Please note: delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, address issues, or extreme weather can affect actual delivery dates.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Box addresses, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or US territories outside the contiguous states. Certain items may be subject to additional restrictions depending on regional regulations or carrier limitations.

6. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, an incorrect or incomplete address, or being unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@velcari.com as soon as possible. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Velcari will cover the return or replacement cost and may offer a replacement or refund after review.

8. Returns
